Grade-A, Grade-B, R-1 (Once recapped)

Used Tires

Passenger car tires -- 50% (4mm) tread remain
Light truck / Heavy Truck tires -- 5-6mm (30%), 7-8mm (40%), 9-11mm (50%), 12mm (60%), 14mm (70%), T/O (Take off; 90%)

Inspection

We don't collect Casings / Used Tires by ourselves, but have 13 suppliers of truck casings and used tires all round Japan.
In addition to careful inspection by suppliers, our staffs visit their yard and double check before loading.

Dealing with claims

We ask all our customers to give 3% allowance.
Also, we ask all our customers to send the claim report, noting the size, grade, the reason for claim, per each claimed tires.
Claimed charges are replaced in the next invoice by reducing the amount.
For some customers, we visit there and check claimed tires and discuss about quality to improve our inspection.
